Purpose:

The KRUN-SVL-METZ outdoor switchgear is used in 6(10) kV distribution networks as:

automatic sectioning stations for power transmission lines (PTLs) with single-side power supply;

sectioning PTLs with dual-side power supply;

network backup with automatic transfer and overload protection functions;

to protect a section of a power transmission line.

The KRUN-SVL-METZ is used in 6(10) kV distribution networks for various purposes, primarily for supplying electricity to consumers in cold climates, rural consumers, and cathodic protection stations for main oil and gas pipelines.
